In the northern reaches of the German state of Bavaria, lies the two nearly attached cities of Nurnberg and Furth. The former is rich with architectural wonders,
a magnet for tourists visiting the spectacular Christmas market, and famous for the trials that went on there (Nuremberg Trials) and the latter, has more than 1,100
listed historical monuments and is home to the first railway line in Germany. In this article, we will take a look at what to do and see in both Nurnberg and Furth,
and what the travel is like within the cities. What To Expect From The Nurnberg Airport Whether you are coming in to visit one of the many trade fairs at the popular
Nurnberg Messe, planning a trip around the old town of Nurnberg to see the medieval architecture, or are looking to get a peak at one of the oldest railways in Germany,
the Nurnberg airport will be your first stop.
It is a single-terminal international airport that is modern in design, spacious, and has 24 hour dining options available.
There are a wide variety of services including the following: • A beauty salon: the Hair and Beauty Gallerie has the ability to give you a new hairstyle of just a cut between
from Monday-Saturday. • An open-air observation deck: you are able to relax and watch the planes take off and land on the observation deck which is open twenty-four hours and
is free to access. • Two lounges: the airport has two lounges that can be accessed by anyone. You can enter by either paying at the door using your own pay-per-use plan, by
purchasing a lounge pass, or by getting a lounge membership through the priority pass. The Durer Lounge is located near terminal one, airside and near the departure gate son
the ground floor. You can pay at the door or use a lounge membership pass. The Lufthansa business lounge is located near terminal two, airside, and opposite of the A16 and A17 gates.

available through the airport’s small selection of stores. If you are looking for convenience type items, these are at the airport shop. • Cash machines: if you are in need of cash,
there are several ATMs that are available but keep in mind that fees may apply depending on what your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit is. If you are planning on
